Tea with Tolkien’s 2023 in Review + Looking forward to 2024
As we look back on 2023 and look forward to 2024, I wanted to share a few highlights from this year! I’m so thankful for all of you who have really made our community what it is today; your participation in our book clubs and voice chats, the way that I’ve seen you answering each others questions and growing in fellowship amongst each other in the discord, and the conversations I’ve had with so many of you this year on social media are really the best parts of running Tea with Tolkien. This year I was also able to meet so many of you in-person, which was an incredible blessing. Cheers to next year!

March 2023: Tea with Tolkien is Shortlisted for the 2023 Tolkien Society Awards in "Best Online Content" Category. Congratulations to Tolkien Gateway for winning this year!
May 2023: Kaitlyn speaks at a Young Adults Conference on the topic of Tolkien’s Catholic Imagination
July 2023: Kaitlyn attends San Diego Comic-con with TheOneRing.net to speak on the topic of women in Middle-earth
September 2023: Kaitlyn attends a Requiem Mass for Tolkien on the 50th anniversary of his death at the Birmingham Oratory as well as Oxonmoot in Oxford
